Over the 6 week programme we will focus on a different topic each week. For each topic there are 3 exercises for you to do. Each exercise includes a pre-built spreadsheet for you to plug in your numbers, pre-recorded training on how to use the spreadsheet as well as a live Zoom training for me to take you through why I have asked you to do the task and why it is important to your business. There will be daily prompts in an exclusive Whatsapp group to help you stay on track and also work on your money mindset to ensure you get the most from the programme.

With a degree in accounting and finance and 14 years experience working in Procurement in the corporate world (where I ended up managing contracts worth over £20m) I have lots of experience with numbers.
